There are no floats for tomorrow but there are two stocks that will go on ex-dividend and three companies that will have their general meeting.

Two companies are scheduled to have their stocks go on ex-dividend on August 16, 2011 - Alumina and Computershare.

Alumina Limited (AWC) is enagaged in bauxite mining, alumina refining, and smelting of aluminium. It holds interests in Alcoa Aluminium and Chemicals.

Computershare Ltd's (CPU) provides financial market services and technology across the globe covering 17 continents across 5 continents.

AGM/EGM: JHX, EKA, IMI

James Hardie Industries is going to have their annual general meeting while Eureka General Limited and IM Medical Limited are having their extraordinary general meeting.

James Hardies Industries N.V.(JHX) provides fiber cement building products for construction applications in Australia, New Zealand, US, Philippines, Canada and Europe. JHX is holding an AGM at 4:30 pm in Adelaide Room, Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, Sydney. The agenda: consider and receive the financial statements for the year ended in March 31, 2011; re-election of directors; fix external Auditor's remuneration; grant of Hybrid Restricked Stock Units; Grant of relative TSR RSUs; amendment and restatement of James Hardie Industries Equity Incentive Plan.
