Floats, Dividends and AGMs in the Stock Market on Thursday

For the start of September, there are no companies scheduled to float but there are 15 stocks that will go ex-dividend and two companies that will have their general meeting.

Dividends

Stocks from AAX, APN, BPA, CGF, FGL, GZL, IAG, IFL, KAT, SHL, SHV, SRV, TRG, TTS, and TWE will go on ex-dividend on September 1, 2011.

Ausenco (AAX) specialises in the procurement, decommission and maintenance, and feasibility and construction services.

APN News and Media Limited (APN) is engaged in the publishing, radio broadcasting, online, transit and outdoor advertising in New Zealand and Australia.

Brookfield Prime Property Fund (BPA) owns a portfolio composed of CBD office assets in Sydney and Melbourne.

Challenger (CGF) is engaged in issuing and providing annuities of listed and unlisted investment products and services.

Foster's Group (FGL) is engaged in the production and marketing of alcoholic beverages.

Gazal Corporation (GZL) specialises in building and developing national and international brands in the apparel; and fashion accessories industry.

Insurance Australia Group (IAG) provides personal and commercial insurance services in New Zealand and Australia.

IOOF Holdings Limited (IFL) provides financial products and portfolio administration services.

Katana Capital (KAT) is an investment company that manages Australian listed equities.

Sonic Healthcare (SHL) is a medical diagnostics company that provides pathology and radiology services in US, UK, Germany, Hong Kong, and Australia.

Select Harvests (SHV) is an agri-food company with a diverse source of income streams, including managing orchards, and exporting almonds.

Servcorp Limited (SRV) provides virtual offices, IT communications, and secretarial services to individuals and companies in Australia and overseas.
