After a long hiatus in the ASX list, one company is scheduled to float in the ASX tomorrow. Additionally, four stocks are going on ex-dividend, and three companies will hold their general meeting on September 22, 2011.
Dividends
Credit Corp Group (CCP) specializes in debt collection. The company is primarily engaged in the acquisition of purchased debt ledgers composed of distressed consumer debt from Australia’s financial institutions. CCP is distributing a dividend of 1 cent, fully franked.
Cadence Capital (CDM) owns a portfolio of Australian equity securities in the ASX. CDM is distributing 6 cents of fully franked dividends.
Goodman Fielder (GFF) supplies consumer products to supermarkets, convenience stores, and food service customers. GFF owns major grocery brands such as Quality Bakers and White Wings. GFF is distributing 3 cents of dividends franked at 45%.
Mastermyne Group (MYE) provides mining services to the coal mining industry. MYE is distributing 4 cents of fully franked dividends.
AGM/EGM: ASX, PRM, CTM
Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) is engaged in operating a multi-asset class listed exchange group in Australia. ASX is holding an AGM at 10 am in ASX Auditorium, New South Wales. The agenda: receive financial report for the year ended in June 30, 2011; receive financial report for the National Guarantee Fund year ended in June 30, 2011; re-elect Russell Aboud; adopt remuneration report ended for the year June 30, 2011.
Plentex (PRM) is engaged in the exploration and development of gold and base metal deposits. PRM is holding an EGM at 11 am in the Sebel One Room, Level 9, The Sebel and Citigate Hotel, 65 Queens Road, Melbourne. The agenda: change in nature and scale of activities; consolidation of shares and existing options; issue of free bonus options to existing shareholders; acquisition of shares in Blue Sundial - allotment and issue of 5,150, 304 fully paid ordinary shares and 14, 485, 230 performance shares in the company; issue of new shares and performance shares to Flinders Partners – issue 4,000,000 shares and 11,250,000 performance shares in the company; issue 40,000,000 new shares at 25 cents per share; approval of proposed issue of options to directors and management.
Centaurus Metals (CTM) is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of iron ore properties in Brazil. CTM is holding an EGM at 10 am in The Celtic Club, 48 Ord Street, Perth. The agenda: to consider the ratification of the issue of 110,000,000 shares and 16,000,000 free attaching options; to consider the approval of proposed issue of 102,000,000 shares and 14,000,000 free attaching options; and to consider the consolidation of capital.

Baru Resources Limited (BAC) is engaged in identifying and developing hard coking coal and thermal coat projects.
