The agenda: to consider the purposes of section 611 (item 7) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and all other purposes shareholders approve the acquisition by Bennamon Pty Ltd (ACN 126 160 852) of 42,189,497 fully paid ordinary shares in the company from the "CVC Sellers".
