Three floats, five Annual General Meetings and five Extraordinary General Meetings are scheduled in the sharemarket list of events on December 15, 2011, Thursday. There will be no upcoming ex-dividends on the same day.
Float
- Federation Metals (FED), a company engaged in gold exploration, issued a price of 20 cents per ordinary share to raise a $3.5 million capital.
- Cady Energy (CGY), a company engaged in becoming a self-funded oil and gas explorer producer, issued a price of 20 cents per ordinary share to raise a capital of $7 million.
- Ambassador Oil and Gas (AQO), a company engaged in oil and gas exploration, issued a price of 20 cents per ordinary share to raise a capital of $20 million.
Annual General Meeting
- Kula Gold (KGD), company engaged in developing the Woodlark Island project, will have an AGM on December 15, 2011, 10:00 a.m. (AEDT), at the Sydney Harbour Marriot Hotel, 30 Pitt St., Sydney, NSW.
- Australian Renewable Fuels (ARW), a company engaged in biodiesel production and sales, will hold an AGM on December 15, 2011, 11:00 a.m. (AEDT), at the offices of Gadens Lawyers, Level 25, Bourke Place, 600 Bourke St., Melbourne, Victoria.
