- Alliance Aviation Services (AQZ), a mining services company providing FIFO transportation, has issued a price of $1.60 per ordinary share to raise a capital of $74.4 million.
- Goldphyre Resources (GPH), a company engaged in gold exploration, has issued a price of 20 cents per ordinary share to raise a $3.5 million capital.
Annual General Meeting
- Ark Mines (AHK), a company engaged in mineral exploration, will hold an AGM on December 20, 2011, 11:00 a.m. AEDT, at Suite C, Level 4, 140 William St., Woolloomooloo, NSW.
- Elders (ELD), a company engaged in rural and automotive operations, will have an AGM on December 20, 2011, 10:00 a.m. at Hall A, Adelaide Convention Centre, North Terrace, Adelaide, South Australia.
- Incitec Pivot (IPL), a company engaged in manufacturing and supplying fertilisers and industrial explosives, will hold an AGM on December 20, 2011 2:00 p.m. Melbourne time, at The Auditorium, Level 2, Melbourne Exhibition Centre, 2 Clarendon St., Southbank, Victoria.
