The ACMA Engineering and Construction Group (ACX) was listed on 22 November 1984 as Datamatic Holdings Limited. It changed its name to ACMA Engineering and Construction Group Limited in January 2000. ACX sold a 70% interest of its wholly owned subsidiary Delco Australia Pty Ltd to Wah Seong Corporation Berhad in July 2005.
