Adelaide Resources (ADN) is a mineral exploration company whose aim is to become a profitable in mining and exploration. The company is primarily engaged in exploration for gold, copper, mineral sands, uranium, iron, nickel and other economic mineral deposits. Adelaide Resources was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on 17 September, 1996. ADN's properties consists of Eyre Peninsula, Moonta-Wallaroo, Colona, Mount Woods South, Warramboo Iron Project and Anabama. Adelaide Resources has a total ownership of 4637 square kilometer of title to the minerals in the basement on the northern Eyre Peninsula nearby Wudinna SA. Eyre Energy Limited became a totally owned subsidiary of Adelaide Resources during the business year ended on 30th June 2007.
The Adelaide Resources team is highly experienced in minerals exploration task including its four directors. The directors of the company have an extensive experience in the minerals industry, as each of them have had been previous experience in the exploration, discovery, development, production and financial aspects of the mining industry.
Adelaide Resources is fully aware of all the rights and legitimate interests that the landowners and other parties have in the land held under mineral tenements by the Company. Therefore it seeks to maintain respectful and sound relationships with agricultural landowners, aboriginal landowners and claimants, and environmental parties with interests in the land.
