Adelphi Energy (ADI) is a petroleum exploration company. The Company is primarily engaged in identifying and acquiring a portfolio of Australian and international oil and gas exploration assets, with a focus on exploration opportunities. Adelphi Energy was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on July 3, 1980. The Company is currently based in West Perth, Western Australia. The Company undertakes oil and gas exploration in Australia, the United States of America and Yemen. Adelphi’s portfolio specifically emphasized the Sugarloaf Prospect in onshore Texas which has the potential for significant reserves and production pending the results of ongoing exploration and testing activities. Adelphi's current asset portfolio is rounded off due to the prospective exploration acreage in onshore Yemen and offshore Australia in addition to applications and studies for new venture opportunities in SE Asia and elsewhere.

Adelphi has a strategic alliance with ARC Energy Limited ("ARC") who has an approximately 32% shareholding in the Company and a series of alliance agreements. Adelphi’s access to high level commercial and technical support through its association with ARC Energy and Adelphi’s team of experienced senior management and directors makes it stand out among the others. ARC offers Adelphi with all company secretarial, accounting, and administrative and support services hence making it possible for Adelphi to be a successful frontier energy exploration company.
