Australian Education Trust (AEU) is a leading childcare centre property owner also focused on education sector. AEU is one of the largest childcare property owners in Australia and New Zealand and holds a portfolio of 388 childcare centers. During fiscal 2007, the company completed the purchase of 158 center properties as well as 12 center properties. As at 30 June 2007, the Company acquired independent valuation of 69 of its childcare centre properties. Australian Education Trust listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 22nd of May, 2003.
