Ainsworth Game Technology (AGI) is a holding company primarily engaged in the design, development, production of gaming machines, software and other related equipment and services. The Company is focused on the design and manufacturing of the Ambassador and Celebrity range of gaming products also including a range of entertaining stand alone progressives and linked games to markets all over the world. AGI manufactures video gaming machines, video games and Embassy Jackpot systems. Ainsworth was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange ASX on 17 December, 2001. The company’s headquarter is located in Newington, Sydney, Australia. AGI is involved in the sales and distribution of gaming machines and gaming systems at both local and International levels. AGI also offers maintenance and service support for its range of machines.
Ainsworth Game Technology is associated with the gaming industry for more than half a century. The Company covers the complete product development cycle, from conception through to installation, service and support, with a fully incorporated operation comprising of design, development, assembly testing, sales and field service.

Ainsworth Game Technology History
Len Ainsworth, the founder of Aristocrat established Ainsworth Game Technology in 1995. Ainsworth formed a strategic alliance with PBL Gaming in 2001, to develop the gaming programs for its Vanuatu-based internet casino. In January 2003, AGI completed the acquisition of Victorian Gaming Systems Manufacturer (VGS), adding its new product, Celebrity, to the Ambassador range. The Company also got an established distribution network in the Victorian and South Australian markets through its acquirement of VGS.
