Australian Infrastructure Fund (AIX) is a leading diversified transport infrastructure entity in Australia, with a market capitalisation of $605,481,195. The company invests in a portfolio of airports, ports, toll roads and light rail assets. AIX is comprised of Australian Infrastructure Fund Trust and Australian Infrastructure Fund Limited. Australian Infrastructure Fund (ASX:AIX) have released its financial first half results for 2013 to shareholders and investors.

  • Australian Infrastructure Fund net profit $186 million, up 155 percent.
  • AIX increase in profit was due to a $186 million revaluation of its stakes in Australian Airports after a $2 billion bid from the Future Fund.
