Altera Resources (AEA) is a mineral exploration company. Altera is focussed in the various areas of business and funding consisting of project management and development, IT consulting, and management of cash reserves and share investments. Altrea Resources was listed on the Australain Stock Exchange on 17 April, 2000. The Company has signed a farmin agreement, according to which it owns the right to acquire a 65% interest in the Gascoyne Base Metals Project from ABM Resources NL and Rare Resources NL.
Altera Resources is focusing on Broken Hill Type (BHT) SEDEX sulphide mineralisation. The Company’s Directors and its technical team have a record of successful findings in the exploration industry and they are intended to focus on taking full advantage of the value for the exploration drilling dollars. The Company has the capability to keep both reverse circulation and diamond drill rigs for early drill testing of the targets outlined within the Project area. The Company is also intended to pursue complementary opportunities with the prospective to add value.
Altera Capital generates value for its shareholders through its approach of acquiring assets with the intention of growing its commercial investments. The Company takes over the assets on the basis that they are presently undervalued or they offer the opportunity for superior capital growth, which makes it possible for the company to increase its capital growth.

Altera Capital Limited was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) as Bigshop.com.au Limited, in April 2000, with its focus on operations consisting of E-tailing and web/software consulting and development. The Company declared the closure of the Bigshop Virtual Super Store online retail website, considering the result of a strategic review, completed in January 2002. The company then transformed to Altera Capital, with its head office is located in Perth, Western Australia.
