Amazing Loans (AZD) is an alternative finance company. The Company is the provider of customer finance in the high margin and fragmented Australian micro-lending market. The Company is mainly focused on providing broker to residential mortgages, private equity funding, funds management and financial planning.Amazing loan was first created in 2005. It opened its first retail shop in Campbelltown. AZD listed on the ASX on 28 of April, 2006. The Company's head office is situated in Macquaire st, Liverpool. AZD has 24 branches operating in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The Company took over the businesses of Investment Evolution Limited as of 8 June, 2007. Previously the Company was involved in providing consumer finance in the Australian micro-lending market. In March 2008, AZD declared that Investment Evolution Global Limited has acquired Amazing Loans Franchises (Holdings) Limited. The Company completed the acquisition of Investment Evolution Global Limited on March 31, 2008.

Amazing loans competitive advantage lies in the fact that it has captured a niche market by providing loan approvals in fewer than 20 minutes, with fairer rates as compared to its competitors. AZD targets the market segment of low to average income earners and people suffering from socio-economic disadvantage that tend to be ignored by mainstream institutional credit providers like banks. The company's market strategy aims at six core regional areas in Western Sydney in the areas of Liverpool, Fairfield, Campbelltown, Blacktown, Merrylands and St Mary's together with 11 branches secured in Victoria and Queensland.
