Apex Minerals NL (AXM) is an exploration company mainly searching for base and precious metals. AXM’s tenements are mainly located in China and Australia. It covers an area of 90 kilometers of strike of the GumCreek greenstone belt, including a total joint ore reserves committee (JORC) compliant resource inventory having 492,000 ounces gold. The Youanmi Gold Project is located 480 kilometers to northeast of Perth and covers an area of 40 kilometers of strike of the Youanmi shear zone, with a total JORC and NI 43-101 compliant resource inventory of 954,000 ounces of gold. The Aphrodite Gold Project encompasses a refractory gold deposit with a JORC compliant Inferred Resource of 1.44 million tons. Its Wiluna Gold Project has access to the Goldfields Gas Pipeline and has gold resources of over 700,000 ounces.
