API Fund (APR) is a geared property and infrastructure securities fund. Its principal activities incorporate the investment in a diversified range of listed and unlisted property and infrastructure securities. API Fund listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on April 22, 2005. During fiscal 2006, the Company had interests in 13 stocks, out of which 11 were listed. Api Fund prefers to invest in entities that have stable capital bases.

The fund intends to provide its investors with an exposure to a diversified property and infrastructure investment portfolio. The fund also focuses on providing its investors with regular income and the potential for long term capital preservation and development. Austock Funds Management Limited is the responsible entity of API Fund, and is a part of Austock Property Funds Management Limited (APFML). APFML is a wholly owned subsidiary of Austock Group Limited (Austock) which is an independently owned financial services group with offices located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, London and Chicago. The key distinguishing factor of the fund is that it invests in property and infrastructure securities by focusing its investment program on the ownership of listed securities.
