APN Property Group (APD) is a holding Company that provides funds management services. APD listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 23rd June, 2005. The Company is organized into two business divisions which include funds management and property construction and development divisions. Its fund management segment is involved in providing funds management services and its property construction and development division deals with the building and construction services also encompassing the property and real estate counseling related services. APD acquired UK Australasia Limited in August 2007. APN Funds Management Limited (APN FM) is APD's wholly owned subsidiary which has at present 16 property funds under supervision of worth $4.3 billion as at March 2008. APN FM has been engaged in the property business for about nine years. APN Property Group Limited incorporated as a holding company in September 2004. The company’s offices are located in Sydney and London with its head office based in Melbourne.

At the core of the Company’s success is its team of Directors and senior management having significant experience in the management and development of property funds and industries in Australia.
