Artemis Resources (ARV) is an explorer of gold and base metals with operation mainly in WA. Its principal activities incorporate the exploration, evaluation, acquisition and development of gold and base metal resources. The Company is also focused on the discovery of prospective gold and base metal deposits in Western Australia. Artemis Resources listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on March 16, 2007. Artemis’ core projects consist of Yandal project, Mount Clement Gold project, Spinifex Ridge/Bamboo Creek Molybdenum Base Metals Project and Yilgarn Base Metals project.

Artemis supports and invests in the companies and projects operating in the mining and resources sector. The Company is intended to utilize its funds in the projects and companies which have extensive exploration expertise and are focused on gold, base metals and uranium. Artemis collaborates with public or private resource companies having market capitalisations below $250 million that may obtain advantage from the skilled and experienced Board and senior management team of the Company, having expertise within the resources industry. Artemis intends to expand its mining operations within Australia and worldwide.
