ASG Group (ASV) was incorporated in 1996 in Perth. The Company is principally engaged in the provision of information technology (IT) business solutions across Australia. ASG uses a flexible client oriented approach to provide leading edge solutions to its clientele requirements. Its principal business operations incorporate infrastructure and applications management outsourcing, Oracle eBusiness Suite implementation and support, applications development, business intelligence solutions, systems integration, IT service management and specialist technical services. ASG Group listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 10th January, 2000. ASG has entered into alliances with a number of IT solution providers. The company has partnerships with Oracle Certified Advantage and Microsoft Gold Certified Solution. On October 31, 2006, ASG purchased Vindaloo Systems Pty Ltd., a Sydney-based specialist provider of IT services. It took over Sysao Pty Ltd on December 1, 2006. The Company completed the acquisition of SMP Pty Ltd during fiscal 2007.
At the core of Company’s success is its experienced Management Team, a philosophy of strong partnership, highly proficient personnel and a client-oriented flexible approach. ASV is now well placed Australian Managed IT Services Company with around 500 staff, and offices across all over the Australia. ASG serves more than 120 clients, in both the private and public sector, by offering professional technology consultation and support services that facilitate them in accomplishing their strategic and operational objectives.

ASG Group is a provider of computer infrastructure, application development, systems integration and specialist technical services to customers across Australia and worldwide. ASG was founded in 1996. In June 2003, it took over eSec Limited, a managed security services company. It completed the acquisition of ASSIST Pty Ltd, an Oracle solutions and services company in January 2004. ASG became floated on the Australian Stock Exchange in 2000. The Company is headquartered in Perth, WA.
