Asset Loans (ASQ) is a provider of short-term, high-interest mortgage loans for investment or business purposes. Asset Loans listed on the Australian Stock exchange on November 11, 2004. ASQ was established on 1st August 2000. The Company’s existing business operations were subsequently taken over by its 100% owned subsidiary Asset Loan Co. Pty Ltd. The company’s head office is situated on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Asset Loans follows a carefully planned set of procedures needed to implement its loans. The Company is committed to expand its business activities at both national and international level in future. The Company mainly serves customer base which is asset-rich but cash-poor. The customers are attracted to ASQ mostly because of its immediate financing and less stringent loan approval terms as compared to banks and other financial institutions. The Company provides loan approvals within 24 hours.
