AuDAX Resources (ADX) is an explorer of gold and base metals. The Company’s tenements are mainly held in Western Australia. AuDAX listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 29th January, 1987. In addition to the exploration the Company has also recently extended its portfolio to add oil and gas operations. AuDAX’s gold and base metal projects are in different phases of exploration. The Company’s key projects are Bronzewing South Project and West Yandal Project. The Company holds an 80% interest in Bronzewing South project situated within the Yandal greenstone belt about 65 kilometers north-east of Leinster and next to the south of the Bronzewing Mine site. AuDAX has a 100% shareholding in the West Yandal project region, which is sited within the Yandal greenstone belt around 50 kilometers north-east of Leinster and 30 kilometers south of the Bronzewing Mine. ADX also owns the right to receive a 49.9% interest from Eagle Bay Resources NL in PEL182 in the Cooper Basin.

AuDAX has taken over further property assets closest to Millrose. ADX presently owns a significant package of prospective ground in this region which has increased its exploration opportunities. Presently the Company holds permits onshore and offshore Tunisia as well as offshore Italy and onshore Australia. AuDAX also has a shareholding in a non operated block in onshore Romania. AuDAX also operates and takes part in several AMI’s (Area/s of Mutual Interest) that has allowed it and its allies, Nexus Energy and Kairiki Energy, to take advantage of business opportunities.
