Aurora Property Buy-Write Income Trust (AUP) is an investment fund. The fund buys Australia's leading ASX listed property securities and then sells call options over these securities in order to provide investors with additional income over the medium term. The trust listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on 26th of July, 2007. At any one time the trust's portfolio will contain10 securities, which will be evenly weighted and rebalanced every three months. These securities will be selected through extensive risk modelling evaluation. The Trust may use gearing to improve the investment policy. Apart from this, the Trust will also seek to protect the portfolio by buying put options against each security contained in the portfolio.

Barclays Capital is the Trust's investment advisor, which is the investment banking segment of Barclays Bank PLC. The trust is managed by Aurora Funds Management Limited which is the ultimate responsible entity for the trust.
