Its property portfolio includes childcare facilities, a medical centre and a self storage facility. The Responsible Entity of AZF is Austock Funds Management Ltd. As at 30 June 2011, ASIF had total assets of $106.8 million.

Australian Social Infrastructure Fund Company History

The Australian Social Infrastructure Fund (ASIF) was established in 2000 to acquire a portfolio of child care centres. The objective of the fund is to provide investors with a secure investment that has a low level of volatility and underpinned by long-term secure cash flows.

The Responsible Entity of ASIF is Austock Funds Management Limited (AFML), a part of Austock Property Funds Management Limited (APFML) which is 100% owned by the Austock Group. APFML is a subsidiary of Austock Group Limited (Austock), an ASX listed financial services group (ASX:ACK).
