Though CBA is based in Australia, it also has operations in the US, the UK, Singapore, Japan, Grand Cayman, Hong Kong, Fiji, Malta, China, Vietnam and Indonesia.
National Australia Bank is a group of companies which provides banking and financial products and services to individuals, small business and corporations. NAB was listed on the ASX on 1 January, 1974. National Australia Bank is one of the leading Australian banks and also has operations located in New Zealand and UK. In UK they operate through Cyldesdale bank and Yorkshire Bank, while in Nez Zealand they operate under the Bank of New Zealand brand.

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) provides a wide range of financial products and services to individuals, small businesses, corporate, institutional and rural clients in Australia and New Zealand. Through a joint venture with ING, ANZ also provides funds management and insurance services. The company was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on the 30th of September 1969. Charles B Goode is the Chaiman and Michael Smith s the CEO.

"All of the banks have a significant portfolio of debt that has been borrowed at lower rates, prior to the start of the crisis, which has continued to roll over at higher rates.
