Bannerman Resources (BMN) is a mineral explorer and producer with a focus on Uranium and Nickel. BMN has two assets in Namibia region with several properties in Botswana and Australia. The Company’s operations are mainly held in Australia and Africa. Bannerman Resources listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 28th April, 2005. The Company has two Exclusive Prospecting Licenses (EPL) in the region of Erongo through Bannerman Mining Resources Namibia. Erongo is a highly prospective region for uranium, located on the western coast of Namibia. Both licenses target uranium mineralisation in the primary setting (EPL3345 Etango), as well as in the secondary oxide setting (EPL3346 Swakop River). The Company holds an 80% interest in the Etango Anomaly A Prospect in the Etango ("EPL 3345") and it is situated about 41km east of the major town of Swakopmund, Namibia and 47km northeast of the Walvis Bay port town. In September 2007, the Company obtained the results of the economic feasibility study carried out for the Etango Uranium Project which revealed that a practical operation with strong cash margins could be set up there. BMN is intended to progress its Etango Uranium Project and to make it productive as soon as feasible, with commissioning of the Etango starter asset targeted in 2011.
The Company has assembled a well balanced team of board of directors and management, having extensive industry-critical experience, comprising project evaluation, resource development and business management.

BMN was formed in February 2005. It made its debut on the Australian Stock Exchange on 28 April, 2005. It listed on the Namibian Stock Exchange on 2 April 2008.
