Beauty Health Group (BHG) is an Australia-based company that plans to engage in retailing and distribution of products and services in the beauty and health markets. BHG was listed on the Australian share market on 17 August, 1994. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010, the company remained dormant and was considering the future direction. Progress is being made to change the company name and the nature of the business. In June 2010, the Company announced that it had entered into a Heads of terms with FCP Advisory (UK) Limited (FCP) whereby BHG and FCP will work together with the intention of developing business opportunities and undertaking investments in the beauty and health market sectors. At the Extraordinary General Meeting on September 8, 2012, were passed the change of the Company’s name into Beauty Health Group Limited (BHG), the changing of the nature of the business into beauty and health industry and the approval for the acquisition of The Beauty Spa Company.
