Berkeley Resources (BKY) is a mineral exploration company, with exploration projects mainly but not exclusively for uranium in Spain. It also has other exploration projects for gold and base metals in Australia and overseas. Its main projects include the Rio Alagon projects in Spain and the Miriam-Bouchers project near Coolgardie in Western Australia. BKY focuses on discovering, evaluating and developing deposits of uranium, gold, and other base metals. The company listed on the ASX on 16 September 2003.

The company's differentiating factor is its acquisition of advanced uranium exploration projects in Spain. The acquired projects have been extensively explored in the past by reputable uranium explorers - notably Cogema (the world's second largest uranium producer) and ENUSA (the Spanish national uranium company). As a result, a large volume of data is available which BKY is in the process of acquiring and reviewing.
