Berklee (BER) manufactures exhaust components and uses its expertise in tube bending and manipulation to manufacture parts for a number of external, non-exhaust customers. It distributes its products throughout Australia, and on a global basis, its greatest demand comes from the Asian and Middle Eastern markets. BER started in 1963 as a family business and is now one of the leading manufactures of exhaust components and systems in Australia. The company was listed on the ASX on 16 March 1989. Its head office is situated in Wendouree, Victoria.

Along with manufacturing exhaust components, Berklee also uses its expertise in tube bending and manipulation to manufacture parts for a number of external, non-exhaust customers. The company has progressively increased its involvement in the export of automotive exhaust components, particularly to the Asia and Middle Eastern markets. A vast range of Berklee products and accessories are sold in Australia through the wholly owned Undacar Parts (UP) distribution network. UP are wholesale distributors for a wide range of automotive accessories. Clients consist of mainly the automotive industry, locally and internationally. Competitors are companies that offer similar products/services to the market.
