Bravura Solutions (BVA) extends services in the areas of superannuation, pension, life insurance and investment. The Company also caters professional consulting services along with specialising in the development and maintenance of specialised administration and management software for use in the financial services business. Bravura Solutions made its debut on the Australian Stock Exchange on June 28, 2006. The Company’s operations are spread across four geographical regions comprising Australia, Europe/Africa, New Zealand and Asia. BVA administers around 18 million superannuation, life insurance and investment accounts through its software, with over A$1.1 trillion / £480 billion in funds under management throughout the world. The Company holds an experience of more than 20 years in developing and maintaining large scalable applications for financial services industry. BVA employs circa 650 people engaged in the provision of support services to customers, with fourteen offices worldwide. The Company’s growth and success is attributable to a combination of strategic acquisitions and fast growing customer base.
Bravura Solutions History
Bravura Solutions was founded in 2004 with a focus on acquiring and operating the wealth management business unit of CSC Australia Pty Ltd. It acquired the business operations of Syscorp in 2005. It also acquired Tacit Group in 2005. In 2006, it completed the acquisition of Essential Computer Systems, Rufus Software business and AB Prodata. It floated on the ASX on 28 June, 2006 and acquired Garradin in 2007.
