Every Day Mine Services (EDS) is an Australia-based holding company. The Company operates through its two wholly owned subsidiaries: G.O.S. Drilling Pty Ltd and Every Day Mine Services Operations Pty Ltd, both of which provide contracting services to the mining industry. EDMS caters to the mining industry with a focus on services for exploration, mining and contracting companies.
Essa Australia (ESS) is a specialist in the design and manufacture of sampling and sample preparation equipment for the international minerals and mining industries. ESS has subsidiary companies in Africa, Europe and South America. The company has its foundations in the early 1980’s when the LABTECHNICS and ESSA range of products began production. The two companies merged in 1996 to form Labtech Essa Pty Ltd and the company successfully listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on October 27th 2004. As a result the company changed its name to Essa Australia Limited.
Environmental Group (EGL) supplies turnkey gas and vapour emission control systems and engineering services to a wide variety of industries. These industries include the food processing; pulp and paper; manufacturing; wineries; and mineral processing. The company comprises three main divisions: gas clearing, water treatment and the pressure sewer division.
Embelton (EMB) specialises in the manufacture, distribution and sale of flooring products; structural noise and vibration control systems; metal fabrication; rubber and cork sheeting; and other industrial products. Embelton was established in Melbourne in 1925 and listed on the ASX on 1 January, 1974.
Electrometals Technologies (EMM) is involved in the research and development of the company's proprietary electrowinning technology, market development and project investigation, operation of pilot plants and production and sale of the patented EMEW plant and equipment. EMM was first listed on the ASX in March 1989. During 2004, four new EMEW plants were supplied to clients in Chile, South Africa, Indonesia and Taiwan.
E & A (EAL) is an Australia-based investment and engineering services company. It was listed at ASX on 17 December, 2007. The Company consists of five wholly owned operating business: Investment and Corporate Advisory, Procurement Services, Fabtech, Heavy Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Maintenance Engineering and Plant Construction. Some of its subsidiaries include Equity & Advisory, Fabtech SA, Whyalla Fabrications, Ottoway Engineering, ICE Engineering & Construction and Heavymech.
Dyesol (DYE) is involved in the development, manufacture, commercialisation and supply of Dye Solar Cell (DSC) equipment and technology. DYE offers a range of products and services, including materials, consulting, research and development, licensing, training, turnkey manufacturing and laboratory facilities. DSC technology uses solar energy to produce electric currents by artificially imitating photosynthesis using electrolytes, titania and ruthenium dye on surfaces made of metal, glass and polymer.
Dulhunty Power (DUL) is a manufacturer and supplier of quality Electricity Transmission and Distribution products. It was listed at ASX on 22 October, 1992. The company has manufacturing plants in Australia (Sydney), China (Yangzhou), Thailand (Bangkok) and Malaysia (Darul Ehsan), as well as sales offices in New Zealand (Auckland), North America and Hong Kong.
Diploma Group (DGX) is a leading construction and property development company with a global perspective on innovation, quality and safety. DGX was listed at the ASX on 5 December, 2007. The Diploma Group is an integrated property development, construction and facilities management company. They develop and construct some of Western Australia’s largest premium commercial and residential projects.
