Oriental Technologies Investment (OTI) is involved in the business of importing, marketing and sale of lead acid batteries. The manufacture and export of batteries are conducted by Hua Yang Battery Co Ltd of China. The European market is the main source of revenue for the company, complemented by the Australian market.
Oriental Technologies Investment (OTI) was listed on the Australian Stockmarket (ASX) on 3 August 1993 under the name Apollo Batteries Limited. It changed its name to Oriental Technologies Investment Limited in March 2000.
Oldfields Holdings (OLH) specialises in the manufacturing, importing, exporting and marketing of paint application equipment and accessories. It also operates a scaffold manufacturing and hire business (Oldfields Access) and a garden sheds manufacturing and distribution business (Oldfields Treco). OLH has interests in a joint venture in Indonesia for the manufacture, sale and distribution of paint brushes and rollers.
NRW Holdings (NWH) is a Western Australian–based provider of services to the resources sector. The company provides civil contracting services, including rail formation, bulk earthworks, mine development, road and tunnel construction, and a range of contract mining services.
Multistack International (MSI) manufactures, distributes and markets industrial air conditioning products, water cooled chillers and heat exchangers. The company manufactures the Multistack Modular Chiller, which has worldwide patents and is distributed internationally. The company operates in Australia and China where it is instead known as Dunn Air International Limited and Super Link Group respectively. The company was founded in 1985 and listed on the Australian stockmarket (ASX) on 11 February 1993.
Lemarne Corporation (LMC) is a holding company that invests in and manages diversified manufacturing businesses. LMC has three wholly owned operating divisions - Pacific Composites, Lemtronics and C10 Communications, and an 80% owned subsidiary, Lemarne Healthcare. Pacific Composites manufactures fibre reinforced plastics. C10 Communications is a designer and supplier of telecommunication products for local and overseas carriers. Lemtronics is an integrated electronic manufacturing service provider.
KTL Technologies (KTL) is engaged in the business of industrial insulation and the development and manufacture of pre-fabricated insulation products. These activities are principally conducted in the oil and gas, mining and power industry sector.
