Commonwealth Diversified Share Fund (CDF) is an investment unit trust operating solely in Australia. CDF makes investments in accordance with its investment goal and the provisions of the Fund's Constitution. Commonwealth Diversified Share Fund listed on the ASX on June 5, 1998. The core activity of the Fund is to track the performance of the Australian share market as measured by the S&P/ASX 200 Accumulation Index (assuming reinvestment of distributions, but before fees and expenses) by making investments in a varied portfolio of listed Australian securities.
