By combining two of Australasia's largest HR outsourcing and recruitment companies, CMG can differentiate itself from its competitors by the diverse range of services it offers. CMG has two of the biggest outsourcing contracts in Australia: Forstaff Aviation, which employs and manages more than 800 field staff at the Qantas maintenance facility at Avalon; and Chandler Macleod, which manages a large workforce at the Teys Bros Abattoir in Rockhampton. Major customers include employers and job seekers. It competes with other recruitment agencies and online recruitment websites, such as Seek and CareerOne, and other HR outsourcing companies.
