Charter Hall Group (CHC) is an integrated property group with investments in an extensive portfolio of specialist unlisted property funds. The Group includes Charter Hall Limited and Charter Hall Property Trust. CHC specialises in property investment, property management, funds management, property investment banking and development management. It listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 10 June, 2005 and has more than $3.9 billion in funds under management. CHC is headquartered in Sydney with offices located in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland.CHC operates through two divisions: property investment and funds management and corporate. Its property investment division holds interests in investment properties and unlisted property funds. Its funds management and corporate division includes property funds management, development management and property management. CHC's fund strategy is focused on investing in those assets that offer attractive lease terms, annual fixed raisings as well as high levels of tax deferred distributions. At the core of Company’s success is its innovative and highly experienced management team, through which the Group has become able to source, develop and efficiently manage its funds and development portfolios. Charter Hall is well reputed for its innovation and outstanding performance in property investment and managing external equity.

CHC was established in 1991 and it listed on the ASX on 10 June 2005. The Company’s head office is based in North Sydney, New South Wales.
