Hire Intelligence International (HII) rents out computers, audio visual and videoconferencing equipment throughout Australia, New Zealand, UK and Ireland. The company acts as a franchiser to a number of franchises in these countries. The length of the rental period ranges from daily to annually.
Hamilton James & Bruce Group (HJB) is a provider of recruitment services across a range of industries, including accounting, finance, legal and technology sectors. The company has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Parramatta, and Brisbane. The HJB Group of Companies includes Hamilton James & Bruce, Priority Personnel, Bowden Computer Placements and OCG Consulting (NZ).

GCG's immediate focus will be the acquisition of businesses in the Risk Management service sector: Noel Arnold & Associates Pty Ltd and ENV Australia Pty Ltd.
Envirozel (EVZ), formerly known as Zeolite Australia, focuses on the design and development of a range of environment-friendly products using the properties of the mineral zeolite. Its products have applications in the water treatment and agricultural industries. The company listed on the ASX in April 1985. EVZ sold its Zeolite division in July 2004; however, it kept a 15% stake in the entity, and also changed its company's name to Envirozel.
Environmental Clean Technologies (ESI) is a specialist company providing practical engineering solutions for waste treatment using state-of-the-art technologies. All technologies used minimise chemical usage and maximise energy and useful by-products recovery. However, ESI has been suspended from trading since November 2004. ESI officially listed on the ASX on 5 February 1986.
DoloMatrix International Limited (DMX) is an Australia-based company and is principally engaged in the management of hazardous and other complex waste materials at its facilities and the development and commercialisation of its related technologies. DMX was listed at ASX on 26 May, 2000. Some of its subsidiaries include DoloMatrix Australia Pty Limited, DoloMatrix Environmental Solutions Pty Limited, BCD Technologies Pty Limited, SRL Plasma Pty Limited, Camden Limited and Waste Audit and Consultancy Services (Aust) Pty Limited.
ConnXion Ventures (CXN) is an innovative technology company and provides document production and delivery solutions. CXN delivers critical business documents (that is, invoices, statements, reminder letters, remittance advices and reports) to customers, shareholders, employees and suppliers across multiple delivery channels, including e-mail, fax, SMS and the postal system. The company listed on the 13 January 2005.
