The Company operates through four business divisions: MediaForce, BusinessForce, SalesForce and DigitalForce. MediaForce activities include the delivery of advertising catalogues to homes throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Skilled Group (SKE) is a provider of staffing solutions to the public and private sectors, with operations in Australia and New Zealand. SKE specialises in the provision of supplementary trades and professional labour, maintenance, project management, healthcare professionals, offshore marine staffing services, customer contact solutions and trainee and apprenticeship management. SKE listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 27 July, 1994. The Company is organised into two segments. Its workforce and maintenance services segment includes supplementary labor hire and maintenance services.
Collection House (CLH) is a leading receivable management Company providing services to corporate and government clients throughout Australia and New Zealand. The Company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 4 October, 2000. CLH focuses its development activities through three segments: Contingent Collection Services and Account Asset Management. Contingent Collection Services segment is involved in the earning of commissions on the collection of debts for its clientele. Account Asset Management collects debts from client ledgers acquired by the Company.
Coffey International (COF) is a specialist provider of engineering, scientific and project management services. COF caters these services to earth sciences, water and natural resources sectors within Australia and worldwide. It listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 18th January, 1990. Today Coffey International comprises a number of specialist companies operating in social and physical infrastructures. COF operations are geographically diversified into around 60 countries throughout the world and it is included among the top 300 ASX listed companies.
Programmed Maintenance Services (PRG) is engaged in the provision of staffing and maintenance services. PRG listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 1st October, 1999. The company operates more than 50 offices located in all capital cities and regional centres and employs over 2,000 personnel and tradespeople. Its annual revenue reaches up to $800 million. The Company focuses its development activities through four segments: Property Maintenance, Facilities Management, Workforce and Marine.
Spotless Group (SPT) caters an extensive range of services and products to business, industry, healthcare, education, resources, and government-based customers across Australia and New Zealand. It also provides services to garment-based retailers and manufacturers around the world. Spotless Group listed on the ASX on 1 January, 1974. To date the Company has circa 30,000 staff employed throughout the world. The Company provides cleaning services to a broad range of sectors also comprising hospitals, schools and airports. The company focuses its development through various segments.
Transfield Services (TSE) extends services in the areas of operations, maintenance, and asset and project management. It caters services to major businesses in the resources and industrial, infrastructure services and property and facilities management fields. The Company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 3rd May, 2001. To date the Company employs over 29,000 people across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, New Caledonia, South East Asia, India, Chile and Canada. TSE is also included in the S&P/ASX 100.
Seek (SEK) is a leading media company principally focused on online employment classified advertising, with operations in Australia and New Zealand. The Company also offers online training courses to individuals in Australia, New Zealand and UK. Seek listed on the ASX on 19th April, 2005. The inclusion of the SEEK in the ASX/S&P 200 Index occurred in September 2005. To date, Seek has around 400 people employed. In Australia, around 60% of the overall Internet and newspaper job advertisements are posted through Seek’s website, seek.com.au.
PMP (PMP) specialises in commercial printing, digital premedia and letterbox and magazine distribution services. PMP is one of the leading printers in Australia principally focused on the magazine, retail catalogue and directory market segments. It floated on the Australian Stock Exchange on 13th February, 1992. PMP is among the top 200 companies listed on the ASX, with its annual revenues reaching up to $1.3 billion. It has more than 3,000 staff employed across Australia and New Zealand. The Company has more than 8,000 shareholders in the region.
Artist & Entertainment Group (AEM) is a leading artist base which develops and manages Australian artistic and entertainment talent in the film, television and commercial industries at both local and international level. AEM has more than 2,000 artists, comprising actors, presenters, models, photographers and stylists. AEM prides itself for the representation of some of Australia's top actors and celebrities. It listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 10th of December, 2004. The Company conducts its activities through two divisions comprising talent representation and talent development.
