Commonwealth Property Office Fund (CPA) is an Australia-based company engaged in office property investment and investment funds. Under the management of the Colonial First State Property Limited, CPA invests in different office buildings located in the suburban markets as well as the central business district across Australia. CPA was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on the 29th of April 1999. Its average annual revenue reaches approximately $684million out of its issued capital of approximately $1 million. Its headquarters is located in Sydney, Australia.
Commonwealth Property Office Fund aims to deliver sustainable and competitive total returns to all its unit holders by implementing an active management style as well as making investments in commercial assets that will provide the company with secure income streams.
Currently, Commonwealth Property Office Fund manages a $3.1 billion worth of portfolio comprised of 29 office properties across Australia.

The Commonwealth Property Office Fund had a property portfolio with sum total of AUD$619 million for its seven properties. In 1999, the company joined the Australian Stock Exchange with a market capital amounting to approximately $361.4 million (AUD$545.5 million). In 2002, CPA obtained about $0.8 billion (A$1.18 billion) worth of industrial and high-tech office assets which were formerly part of the Colonial First State Property Trust Group.
Industrial and HTI office total holdings were bargained at about $331.3 million in 2003 and in 2005, office properties across Australia amounting to $795 million with a project under construction.
In May 2006, the selected Director of Commonwealth Managed Investments, the Responsible Entity of the Commonwealth Property Office Fund was Mr. Gary Thursby. In July 2006, a 50% interest in a 99-year leasehold at sites 6 and 7 Dawn Fraser Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush was taken by CPA.
November 2006 marked the selection of Mr. Paul Rayson as Alternate Director of Commonwealth Managed Investments, the responsible entity of CPA. Commonwealth Property Office Fund together with Service provider EDS Australia agreed to rent over 9,100 sq. meters suburban office building situated at Burwood, Sydney in June 2007.
