Gazal Corporation (GZL) is a pre-eminent specialist branded apparel group that designs, manufactures, imports, wholesale and retails national and international branded apparel and accessories for men and women. Gazal operates in Australasia and Europe. Gazal Corporation listed on the ASX (Australian Stock Exchange) on 29 April, 1965. Its headquarters is located in Sydney and to date it employs more than 900 people. Its annual revenue reaches over $250 million.
Gale Pacific (GAP) manufactures advanced polymer fabrics and related products and distributes them worldwide. Its polymer fabric products include knitted outdoor fabrics, coated waterproof fabrics and PVC coated mesh fabrics. GAP is also the manufacturer of electric fencing products. The Company sells its products to a diverse customer base and industrial markets such as the retail and home furnishing, architectural, construction, and agribusiness markets.
Kresta Holdings (KRS) is a manufacturer, distributor and retailer of window treatments and components. Kresta operates a number of manufacturing plants including textile weaving and coating, plastic components and the fabrication of timber, fabric and aluminium venetians, curtains and vertical blinds. The Company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on August 9, 1971. KRS operates four key brands: Kresta Blinds, Vista Window Coverings and Bargain Home Warehouse and Choice Home Security. The Company’s Retail outlets and agents sell blinds, curtains and soft furnishings.
Globe International (GLB) is a manufacturer and wholesaler of footwear and clothing operating in Australasia and North America and Europe. Its principal operations include the design, development and sale of youth fashion apparel, footwear and skate hardgoods for the Action Sports market. Globe International listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 24th May, 2001. The Company’s head office is located in Melbourne, Australia, with its regional offices based in Los Angeles in the USA, Hossegor on the south-west coast of France, London in the UK and on the Gold Coast in Queensland.
Mincor Resources NL (MCR) is an emerging nickel mining and exploration company. The Company is actively engaged in the exploration of nickel and base metals across Australia. Mincor is the operator of six nickel mines in the Kambalda District of Western Australia. The construction of two more mines is well underway. Mincor Resources NL listed on the ASX on 16 June, 1997. The Company has significant exploration projects in Guinea, Tanzania, Fiji and Vanuatu.
McPherson's (MCP) is in the business of manufacturing and distribution of household consumer products and book and commercial printing. MCP is a leading book and commercial printer in Australia and a global distributor of established brands names such as Crown, Wiltshire and Grosvenor. MCP listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 30 June, 1962. The Company is engaged in the marketing and trade with the Australasian, European, North American and Asian markets through its branch offices.
Funtastic (FUN) is the largest distributor of children’s products in Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on children's toys, footwear, manchester, interactive entertainment and film distribution. Funtastic listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on September 14, 2000. The Company is primarily engaged in the wholesale and distribution of products. Funtastic announced the completion of the sale of its Publishing business unit to a private UK based publishing Company Parragon Publishing Limited, in February 2008.
Atlantic (ATI) is engaged in the business of pearl marketing. The Company sells South Sea Pearls. Atlantic operates in Myanmar while its management and marketing services are provided in Australia. Atlantic listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 11th of June, 1987. The key focus of the Company during the fiscal 2007, was on the development of the hatchery in Myanmar, the pearl farming operation in Myanmar and pearl marketing. On completion of the Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA), the Company is currently engaged in pearl production in Australia.
Arafura Pearls Holdings (APB) is an established producer of Australian South Sea Pearls. The Company is in the business of pearl oyster hatchery and pearl farming since 1998. Arafura listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on December 21, 2006. Arafura started its operations at Elizabeth Bay, on the north-eastern tip of Arnhem Land with its first pearl harvest in 2001.
