Macro Corporation (MAC) operates in the tourism and leisure industry. The company operates Ocean Spirit Cruises and Ocean Spirit Dives in Queensland and Vagabond Cruises in Sydney. Macro Corporation targets the corporate charter market in Sydney and luxury day trip market to the Great Barrier Reef.
MAC was listed on the ASX on 6 August 1990. Its head office is situated in Carlton, Victoria. Over the years, the company has bought a number of catamarans, enabling MAC to expand its business into wedding charters, conferences and private charters.

The company was formed in 2001 through the merger of publicly listed GoCorp Limited with Lasseters Casino Pty Limited. LAS was launched in 1998 and is Australia's only licensed and regulated online casino operation. It is regulated and monitored by the Northern Territory Government.
Kip McGrath Education Centres (KME) sell franchises that provide education to school students in over 10 countries around the world. KME assigns franchise territory and provide ongoing support in the form of training and education materials to the franchises.

Enerji (ERJ), formerly Norwood Systems Ltd (NSA) is a business of telephony technology development. The company integrates mobile phones and other wireless voice terminals into its clients' existing telephony structure. ERJ was listed on the ASX on 18 April 1991. Its head office is in Perth, Western Australia. The company has ceased its involvement in internet sports betting, investment and consulting and internet tourism sales. In late 2006, the company changed its name from Norwood Systems Ltd to Enerji Ltd.
eBet(EBT) is involved in the development of gaming systems and technology, and the operation of an internet gaming and wagering service. eBet's gaming technology division develops gaming systems for pubs, clubs and casinos in Australia and abroad. Products include player loyalty rewards, linked jackpots and cashless gaming. eBet's online betting portal allows access to New Zealand TAB, Tattersall's lottery products and a range of sports betting. EBT listed on the ASX in 1999. In 2002 EBT acquired Paecu, the developer of the 'Turbo' gaming system.
Early learning Services (ELY) was incorporated in February 2007 and began with four Child Care Centres. Early Learning Services now owns and manages over 35 centres throughout Australia. The team recognised the need for an alternate, high quality and affordable child care service in the Australian market. They also recognised that government regulations were driving single-centre operators out of the market and creating acquisition opportunities.
Jetset Travelworld (JET) operates a travel agency franchise business providing wholesale, retail and business travel-related products and services across Australia. The company also operates an integrated airline ticketing facility in all mainland states. JET comprises Jetset, Travelworld, Orient Pacific, Qantas Business Travel and Qantas Holidays (including the Viva! brand). It has three segments: Retail, Wholesale and Business Travel. The Company has retail travel networks with more than 640 member outlets.
