Webjet is an independent company operating under a marketing and distribution agreement with Qantas and is not otherwise affiliated with Qantas Group. The Company has three wholly owned subsidiaries, Webjet Marketing Pty. Ltd., Webjet Operations Pty. Ltd and Planitonearth Pty Ltd.
Centrebet International (CIL) is an online wagering and gaming company. Its wagering business offers fixed-odds on-line betting on a diverse range of Australian and international sporting, racing, entertainment and political events. The company's gaming business offers on-line poker and casino products, but not to Australian residents due to regulatory restrictions. The principal activities of the Company are the provision of online wagering products to the domestic and international sports and race betting market, as well as online poker and casino products to Centrebet’s overseas customers.
Blue Ensign Technologies (BLE) is involved with the development and commercialisation of information and communications technology products and services. The company has been in the unified messaging business since its listing in 1999. Unified messaging enables various communications media such as fax, e-mail, voice, SMS and instant messaging to communicate directly with each other. The unified messaging business operates under the name UTbox.net. The company was formed as e.COM Global in 1997.
Octaviar (OCV) is an investment and fund management company. OCV’s operations involve the creation, management and development of listed and unlisted vehicles in the Property; Tourism and Leisure; Retirement and Aged Care sectors; as well as Alternate Equity Funds. It listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 12 October, 1970.
Navitas (NVT) is a pre-eminent provider and developer of educational services and learning solutions. The Company provides English language training, high school and university preparation, university programs, career development programs and migrant settlement services to students, professionals and migrants from around the globe. Navitas delivers these services through its campuses in Australia, Canada, Africa and the United Kingdom, with its overseas students making up around 85% of total enrolments. NVT listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 15th of December, 2004.
SKYCITY Entertainment Group (SKC) is an Australasian gaming and entertainment business. SKC’s core business activities include the ownership and operation of monopoly casinos. The Company is listed on Australian and New Zealand Stock Exchanges. It listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on March 29, 1999.
Tatts Group (TTS) provides gambling and lotteries services. Tatts Group carries out its operations through seven divisions namely, Tatts Pokies, Lotteries, Wagering, Maxgaming, Bytecraft Systems, International/Business Development, and other. It listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 7th of July, 2005. TTS is a licensed gaming machine operator in Victoria, operating 13,750 EGMs in Clubs and Hotels through Tatts Pokies. Tatts Group operates regulated lotteries in Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory.
Reef Casino Trust (RCT) solely operates in property ownership and property leasing in the tourism, leisure and gaming industry in Australia. RCT listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on February 11, 1994. Reef Casino Trust sources all of its income through the ownership and operation of The Reef Hotel Casino complex which is based in Cairns, North Queensland, Australia.
Domino's Pizza Enterprises (DMP) is in the business of food retailing and the operation of franchise services. DMP operates a pizza chain including both franchisee owned and company owned corporate stores in Australia and New Zealand. The Company also operates franchise for Domino’s brand of the US Company, Domino's Pizza. It listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 16 May, 2005. DMP comprises three business divisions: corporate, franchise and corporate development.
InvoCare (IVC) caters funerals, burials and cremations related services in Australia and Singapore. InvoCare listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 4th December, 2003. There are about 151 funeral locations, 12 cemeteries and crematoria under management of IVC. The Company offers two national brands comprising White Lady Funerals and Simplicity. Its traditional funeral home brands consist of Blackwell, Guardian, George Hartnett, Le Pine, Purslowe. The Company also offers Value/Economy Funerals for those families who are financially not strong.
