CRW Holdings (CRW), formerly Cockatoo Ridge Wines Limited, is engaged in producing and selling table and sparkling wines domestically, through an Australia-wide distribution agreement and abroad, with a focus on Western Europe, the United States and selected Asian markets. CRW was listed on the Australian stock market on 3 May, 1989. The company operates through three segments: packaged wine, which includes the bottling and packaging of wine into various labels under CRW's control for sale in Australia and overseas; bulk wines, which includes sales made to customers in Australia and overseas after the crushing and processing of grapes at the Monash winery, and other, which includes storage and processing fees for the use of facilities in Barossa Valley and Monash winery. The foreign activities of the company and its subsidiaries are limited to selling and distributing goods manufactured in and supplied from Australia.
