Deutsche Office Trust Formerly known as Commercial Investment Trust. The Group's principal activity is the Investment in premium. It was listed on the Australian Stock Market (ASX) on 18 December, 1998. Investors can trade shares on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).

Deutsche Office Trust (DOT) offers a number of investment vehicles to meet the different goals and objectives of their clients. These include separately-managed accounts for direct property investment, private investment vehicles, and investment in publicly-traded real estate securities through separate accounts and a mutual fund.

In addition, the management and/or liquidation of portfolios assembled by other advisors has been and will continue to be an important component of their future growth. It also serves as an investment subadviser to a number of open end and closed end mutual funds.
