Digislide Holdings (DGI) is an Australian based technology innovation company that undertakes research and development, manufacturing, and marketing of projection and projector peripherals for consumer and professional markets. Headquartered in Adelaide, South Australia, with offices in USA and Asia, Digislide develops digital convergence technologies encompassing, video projection and telecommunications merged solutions. Digislide’s technologies enable the display of content from a wide range of electronic devices. At Digislide company focus on their customers' future needs by implementing carefully considered commercialisation strategies of their intellectual property. Culture is the amalgamation of beliefs built up by people over time. It is more implicit than explicit, with minimum written rules, but an expectation of behaviours based on values and beliefs in the organisation’s goals.
The original motivation of Digislide’s founders and inventors, Philip Banks and Kevin Soper, was to fulfil a perceived need to convert the “single media” slide projector into a “multimedia” entertainment centre. The company was listed on Australian Stock Market on 24 August, 2009.
This vision rapidly expanded to include hand held projectors and embedded projectors for mobile phones, PDA, GPS, cameras, games consoles, PMPs and other hand held display devices. Digislide’s management team is focused on fulfilling the founders’ vision of bringing high quality, affordable convergence display technologies into every home and workplace.
