Diploma Group (DGX) is a leading construction and property development company with a global perspective on innovation, quality and safety. DGX was listed at the ASX on 5 December, 2007. The Diploma Group is an integrated property development, construction and facilities management company. They develop and construct some of Western Australia’s largest premium commercial and residential projects.
Since 1976, DGX have grown from a boutique residential construction company into a substantial listed company. They now employ over 100 people and manage a large portfolio which is rapidly expanding into new domestic and international markets. The company's head office is in Perth, Western Australia, and the company have interests throughout Australia and in the United Arab Emirates. In addition, Diploma Group operates through two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Diploma Construction and Diploma Properties.
Dominic is the founder of the Company. Dominic has invaluable industry experience and is a key advisor to the management team. His uncompromising approach to quality and meticulous attention to detail inform the ethos of Diploma Group.
Diploma operates in two segments: Construction segment and Property development segment. Its construction segment includes construction projects across the commercial, retail, industrial, residential, hospitality and engineering sectors. Its property development segment includes development projects in the commercial, retail and residential sectors. As of June 30, 2009, its subsidiaries included Diploma Construction (NSW) Pty Ltd, Diploma Construction (WA) Pty Ltd, Diploma Group LLC, Joondalup Village Life Pty Ltd and Proven Joondalup Pty Ltd.
