Tiaro Coal (TCM) is an Australian mining company which undertakes exploration for commercially viable coal deposits with the potential to produce metallurgical (coking, PCI) coals from the Tiaro Coal Measures. Tiaro has identified several highly prospective coal bearing targets in an area of approximately 90 square kilometres within total tenement area of 2,200 square km. TCM listed on the Australian stock market (ASX) on 3rd March 2008.

SPD was listed on the Australian stock market (ASX) on Feb 7, 1994. As a pooled development fund, SPD is committed to providing development capital to small or medium-sized Australian companies.

Souls Private Equity (SOE) is a spin-off of the private equity arm of Washington H. Soul Pattinson & Co. Limited. As a private equity firm, SOE's focus is on long term investments in unlisted small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
Souls Funds Management Limited, the funds management arm of Washington H. Soul Pattinson & Co. Limited, acquired boutique fund manager Veritas Investment Management Limited in September 2003. SOE is the private equity arm, which was listed on the ASX in December 2004.
