The company's sales are derived from four countries: Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan and Thailand, with plans to expand into China, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore.
Company operates in three business segments: prepaid top-up services, software solutions and corporate. The prepaid top-up business segment is principally engaged in the distributorship of various prepaid services, including mobile phone airtime and diesel. The software solutions business segment is principally involved in the provision of software solutions to customers, including software licenses, customization and installation of software, and the provision of ongoing software maintenance services.
e-Pay has a strong brand presence within Asia and has the largest market share for electronic mobile top ups in Malaysia and Pakistan. The company has established strong partnerships with a range of leading retailers and mobile operators, making it harder for competitors to enter the market.
