Its operations consist of investment in Australian coal seam gas (CSG) interests. As of June 30, 2010, it held 9.5% interests in Apex Energy N.L.'s coal seam gas (CSG) and coal seam methane (CSM). On August 24, 2010, the Company, through its subsidiary Ormil Operations Pty Limited (Ormil Operations), acquired 20% interest in Apex Energy N.L.'s petroleum exploration licenses 442, 444 and 454.
Raisama (RAI) is a uranium exploration company with a portfolio of uranium assets acquired and developed in geologically favourable areas of Western Australia. The company was listed on Australian stock market on 2 December, 2009. Raisama’s uranium assets in Australia include five projects in Western Australia and one project in South Australia . In the Kyrgyz Republic Raisama owns 75% of the Kashkasu project. Investors can trade Raisama shares on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
Manhattan Corporation (MHC) is a well funded uranium company with a significant uranium oxide resource of 10.9Mlb and a further drilled potential of 6.6Mlb to 15.4Mlb already reported for the Double 8 deposit in Western Australia. Burleson Energy Limited (BUR) is an Australia-based company which is engaged in exploration of petroleum and gas properties in the United States. The Company has five chalk wells on production. It operates in two geographical segments, Australia and the United States. The Company holds a 40% working interest in various Burleson County leases, which cover parts of the Giddings oil and gas field. During the fiscal year ended June 2009 (fiscal 2009), the well produced a total of 65.4 million cubic feet of gas and 2190 barrels of condensate.

SWW also operates a recycling business and a used cooking oil (UCO) aggregation business in New South Wales and Queensland, and develops and/ or acquires new renewable energy technologies. Austin listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on 20th July, 2006.
AusTex Oil (AOK) is an emergent oil and gas explorer and producer principally focused on the development of existing oil and gas leases in the United States. AOK's operations include the production of oil and gas from leases in Oklahoma and Kansas and the exploration, development and production of hydrocarbons in the United States. AusTex Oil listed on the ASX (Australian Stock Exchange) on 8 January 2008.
