First Growth Funds (FGF), formerly m2m Corporation, is focused on emerging technologies in high growth companies and markets. It has investments in Forestry Carbon Credit Projects in Asia, the Pacific Islands and Australia, and Digital Video. The First Growth Funds executive team sources acquisitions, works with senior managers of our portfolio companies to design ways of growing and improving business and provides expansion capital to support the businesses growth strategy. First Growth Funds also provides a global network of resources that strengthens operational execution, releasing value for all stakeholders when exiting a company. Its investments include Bluefish444, Digital voodoo, SIPme and Carbon trading business. On February 24, 2011, the Company announced the execution of a project development agreement granting it the exclusive rights to evaluate, develop and sell carbon credits from an existing portfolio of agreements in Indonesia and the Pacific Islands.
