Gage Roads Brewing Co (GRB) is an Australia-based company. The Company is engaged in the business of brewing, packaging, marketing and selling of craft brewed beer, cider and other beverages. The Company’s product range includes Wahoo Premium Ale, KUTT (a craft brewed low carbohydrate beer), London Best, New World Wheat, Saison, Trippel and Blue Angel Cider. The company was listed on the ASX 13 December, 2006.
Freedom Nutritional Products (FNP), formerly So Natural Foods Australia Limited (SNF) is involved in the manufacture, sale and contract packing of long life beverages. The company presently has four business streams comprising Soy & Rice Beverages, Seafood, Functional Cereals and Snacks and investment in Thorpedo Foods Pty Ltd. SNF's product range consists of: Paramount, Australia's Own, Thorpedo Foods, So Natural and Freedom Foods.
Frankland River Olive Company (FLR) is a vertically integrated olive business. It manages a total area of olive plantings totalling in excess of 750 hectares. The product is harvested using a specially-designed over-the-row harvester and is then processed, packaged and marketed by the company, under the Jingilli Extra Virgin Olive Oil brand. Franklin River Olive Company listed on the ASX on 14 July 2006.
Farm Pride Foods (FRM) is a grader, packer, processor, supplier and marketer of shell eggs and processed egg products within Australia and exporting Asia. Their range of egg products include cage, free range, barn laid, organic, omega3 and multi grain vegetarian. FRM also offers an extensive range of nutritional snacks, sold under the Golden Days Natural Products brand name. Farm Pride Foods business dates back more than 60 years to the Egg and Egg Pulp Marketing Board of Victoria. FRM grades, packs, processes, supplies and markets all its shell egg products domestically and internationally.
Empire Beer Group (EEE) is an Australia-based company that operates in the food and beverage sector. The Company is principally engaged in brewing operations in the craft beer market segment; ownership and management of Hotel Venues Royal on Waterfront and Colonial Brewing Co, and pursuing new business opportunities. On November 24, 2009, the Company disposed off its two leasehold businesses of The Royal on the Waterfront in East Perth and the Colonial Brewing Co, Margaret River and all related business assets, brands and intellectual property.
Dromana Estate (DMY) is involved in wine making and vineyard management. It has substantial vineyard holdings across Victoria's Mornington Peninsula and seven prestigious brands. Dromana Estate Vineyards was started in 1982. In early 2001 Dromana Estate listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. After this listing, they acquired David Traeger Wines, another premium wine company. In January 2005 Dromana Estate Limited listed on the London Stock Exchange - Alternative Investment Market (AIM)
DSF International Holdings Limited (DSF) owns and operates a fleet of fishing vessels that produce ocean-caught, premium sea foods, and markets these products to buyers world-wide. These operations are conducted by a wholly owned subsidiary Tiger Fisheries Pty Ltd. DSF was listed on ASX on 9 December, 1986.
Cockatoo Ridge Wines Limited (CKR) primarily invests in wine companies and operates wine vineyards. Its wine range includes white, red table varietals and red & white sparkling wines. The company has holdings in Cockatoo Ridge Pty Ltd and Playford Wines Pty Ltd and distributes its brand name wines domestically and internationally. Brands range from Barosse Valley Range, Cockatoo Ridge Range to Springwood Park and Yarra Glen.
Clean Seas Tuna (CSS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Stehr Group's aquaculture holding company, Australian Tuna Fisheries. CSS owns hatcheries and at sea farming operations, is advanced in Southern Bluefin Tuna (SBT) breeding and breeds and grows out Kingfish and Mulloway. CSS's products are exported to countries, including the US, the UK, France, Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany and Japan. CSS has hatchery facilities at Arno Bay and Port Augusta and is located is South Australia.
Cervantes Seafood (CVS) is based in Western Australia, and is a processor of western rock lobster. The lobsters are distributed domestically and are also exported throughout the world through an exclusive arrangement with one of Australias leading lobster processing companies. The Company operates in two segments: seafood and aquaculture business, and exploration and evaluation of mineral resource projects. On January 9, 2009, the Company acquired the Cervantes Gold Pty Ltd. The company was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on the 6th November, 2002.
