It was listed on ASX on 24 October, 2007.
IM Medical (IMI) Medical is a medical services company that markets cardiovascular disease management products. IntelliHeart uses a unique set of diagnostic tools coupled with its proprietary software that allows doctors to comprehensively assess a patient’s cardiovascular risk. The test is non invasive, inexpensive, and is designed with the consumer in mind. The company was listed on the ASX in December 1996. The company has been involved in investments in health sector technologies that complement its established portfolio of imaging technology.
ICSGlobal (ICS) is a technology company offering consulting and IT services that assist organisations operating in the health industry. The company is focussed on the development of THELMA (Transactional Health Exchange Linking Multiple Applications). The system allows the exchange of real time transaction data between hospitals, practitioners, health funds, laboratories and government agencies. ICS Global began as an engineering and IT consultancy in 1990. The company was listed on the ASX in December 1999. Since 1999.
Greencross (GXL) is an Australia-based company. The Company is engaged in providing veterinary services. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 (fiscal 2009), the Company acquired 46 practices around Australia. Greencross subsidiaries include Greencross Townsville Pty Ltd, Seabeach Pty Ltd, Gorrie Veterinary Services Pty Ltd, Chermside Veterinary Hospital Pty Ltd and Veterinary Referral Services Pty Ltd.
